Taskbar Toolbars

Does anybody know where custom toolbar information is stored for the taskbar?

I've used regshot and can't seem to find it in the registry and haven't had any useful google results either. What I'm looking for is a way to automate this so I don't have to do it manually every reinstall. Anyway here's some pictures to clear up what I'm doing:

I select "New Toolbar" and choose "My Computer" and I get this:

This works, but I'd love to be able to have my install cd do it for me.
