MS Outlook Language

I tried to join the domain and suddenly my office language setting are changed to another language. I tried to change in the MS office tools of MS office 2003 language setting but i found the problem that i can't change in MS outlook interface.

In the MS outlook, i could see the setting in english but i saw other language in menu. I've already checked the language setting in outlook and it's English. Only the menu is another language. How can i fix that problem, please?
