Staged Unattended Install

I am new to this form and I'm working on a special project. Has anyone tried to create an image of a staged unattended installation of Windows XP? I would like to create a software load of an unattended installation that had not yet run. This could then be imaged an pushed out to any number of machines which would run the unattended installation the next time they are booted. At some point I wanted to see if this image could also check a Network share for updated drivers for a supplemental update after the initial untended installation was complete.
