Service Manager (What The Hell Is This)

hi guys

from last few days i am suffering from a big problem

the problem is that all of sudden my files are getting associated with service manager

and then they wont open

i need to delete those files and moreover to that i need to reinstall the windows

does anyone knows why this happens

plz do let me know
