How to manually replicate a folders through DFS

I've set up 2 links in DFS to 2 servers and i want to set up replication for them.

I need the first replication to be manual, is there a way of copying the contents of one folder to another and then letting DFS use automatic replication after that.

Best way I have found to do manual replication is using robocopy from the Win2k Server Resource kit...
