sangean Posted May 18, 2005 Posted May 18, 2005 HI!Can someone tell me the minimal requirements for full screen video conversation in MSN Messenger 7?It is strange coz with some people I can see the full screen button while with some other users I dont see the full screen button.I am in Hungary and I can have full screen video with my friend in Sweden, meanwhile there is no full screen button when I talk to USA, or someone else in Hungary.

Messenger you can only do large webcam's if both sides are NOT behind a firewall...I think you could configure it and then be okay, but that never worked for me. You may want to look into which ports it uses while doing full-screen, and see if there are any other requirements...could also be a bandwidth issue too!
sangean Posted May 18, 2005 Author Posted May 18, 2005 Well, we both have firewalls when we use full screen video conversation between Sweden and Hungary and it works fine so its not the firewall.
