Outlook with university HTTP Proxy

Hi 1st time post, but i realy could do wiht some help, i just got my new Pda and would like to setup outlook to get all my mail for me so it can be sync'd with my Pda, but unfortunatley im behind a proxy that the university set up, its prity tight and only allows internet exploere and msn messenger to run and other type of program has lots of issues.

i ahve the proxy details that i use for msn but would like to use outlook, i have been looking for some option somewhere in outlook to inout these details but i cant seem to find any, should outlook just be using the details i have set up for internet explorer??

plus, everytime i open IE, i have to input my username and password, outlook dosent ask for this, could this be the problem ??
