Error 1923 - installing a System Service

Righ ok so firstly i had a problem with makin edits to the registry...came a real prob wen i went to install progs that install reg keys...fixed this tho with sum help from http://windowsxp.mvps.org/Tips_Page.htm

Jst entered a command and enabled registry editing.

Right so now i cant install any system services i cant install TGT Soft's Style XP or MS Office 2003 this is the error i get with MSO

"Product: Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 -- Error 1923. Service 'Office Source Engine' (ose) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services."

Now i do have the admin privilages .. and have checked this in the groups section and my username is under admins.

i dont no where to look in the registry to change the key that will enable this for me...

so any ideas

Are you using a your personal computer or a company one? Another admin might have put restrictions (I don't know if this is possible).
