framedyn.dll & 3B software

Cleaned registry with 3B Software-Windows Registry Repair Pro, after which Spybot starts, but with error message "Unable to Start-This application failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found....".

Tried recovery of deleted links, and reinstall of Spybot-no success. I found framedyn.dll in system32\wbem & ServicePackFiles\i386.

It seems like a broken link, but can't figure out how to repair.

Any suggestions?

If you get this error with ALL programs, post what is in your AppInit_DLLs key (HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows).
