Issue with slipstreamed XP and domain users

I am currently attempting to use a Windows XP Pro CD with SP2 slipstreamed to install for domain-based computers. (NOTE: this is NOT an unattended CD... just plain old Windows XP with the SP slipstreamed in -- I actually thought my unattended was the issue until I made a new slipstreamed CD from scratch and had exactly the same problem). I'm having a bit of weirdness with directory paths that I'm hoping to get some help with.

When I log onto the computer with a local user account, administrator or otherwise, everything is fine. Once I log onto the computer with a domain account, no matter what permissions it has on the local machine, I get broken shortcuts in my Accessories folder in the Start Menu!

The path should be "C:\windows\system32" for things such as calculator, etc. However, the shortcuts actually look to "C:\winnt\system32" and as a result, I have broken shortcuts.

Outside of copying/pasting a working Accessories folder and overwriting the bad shortcuts, does anyone have any ideas as to why this would happen or how I might go about fixing it?

I don't have this problem with the original XP CD as it came to me, only when I use the disc with the slipstreamed SP. I used nLite to slipstream the service pack if it matters.

Thanks in advance for any help with this.
