annoying winnt.sif glitch! help!

long time reader, first post

i have recently created an unattended install that works perfectly except for the licensing. i am stillpromted to choose between per-seat or per-server even though i have specified in the winnt.sif. this is for 2000sp4. here is my winnt.sif:

please help this is driving me insane!

Notes

You must specify a number greater than 5, otherwise Setup prompts the user to pick a value through the user interface.

how annoying is that?????? i will set it too 6 in the winnt.sif and see how we go

What does ref.chm say to use?

Not got at work so can't check for you.

yup its in there, in big bold writing you'd think it would be more prominent on the web ah well problem solved

How bizarre.

But saying that, we used to implement MS Proxy 2.0 and discovered it only worked if license count was 20 or greater.

MS even said they new about it as wbut weren't woorried. Never did know if it got resolved.
