Problem: Installing Eizo monitor from inf file

I've already serached the MSFN forums for solution of this problem, but was unable to find it.(Although there are some simillar problems).

I'm having trouble installing Eizo FlexScan F56 unattended. All other drivers install just fine. I have only monitor .inf file - no .cat file avaible. Original Eizo inf contains information about quite a few monitors.I modified the file (it is not digitally signed) and leaved only F56 information in it. I've tested this shortened inf manually (via Update

Driver -> Have disk) and it works fine.

When installing unattended, Windows skips inf and installs Default Monitor. I've tested this on real instalation (not a Virtual Machine).

Tried to put a copy of .inf in $OEM$ \$$\INF - no success either.

Can someone help me on this?

1. when setup ended, is there this modified inf file in c:\windows\inf ?

2. when use ori one, it's ok or not ?
