This would be accomplished by to command regsvrdll, not 100% sure of the usage, go to CMD prompt and type regsvrdll /?, to understand the syntax.

I'd love to, only I dont know anything about WMP plugin's.

You should have named the topic more appropriately

i.e.

WMP 9 & XP plugins

or something better than that lol
