adobe acrobat Pro 6.0.1

I recently installed adobe acrobat Pro 6.0 and updated to 6.01. I now wish to remove the program from my computer but removal requires a file Ac60PrP1.msp which was accidently deleted sometime in the past. The add/removal program requires this instalation file. Additionally, this file is required to repair the adobe acrobat program. How can I acquire this file or delete the acrobat program without the file. Please help. I use XP SP2 and windows. Hyeagle.
