Can you guys suggest some fast and reliable DSL ISPs in Toronto, Canada that charge lower than $100 a month? (preferably those that don't block any ports)

All ports are open and they charge 30$/month. I like the service very much. You can also get a static IP for 5$/month or a one time charge of 50$. They are based out of Ottawa but they are available in Quebec in Ontario.
