WMS9 Broadcast Publishing Point Error

When I try to set up a live push or pull broadcast publishing point, I get a critical fail dialog box error during setup: "Unable to connect to the server. Error Code: 0xc00d0006" or sometimes: "It is not possible to start the publishing point"

All other other publishing points 'on demand' and 'Broadcast from file' will work, and the server runs fine, but not when setting up a live source. Just purchased this Win2003 Std box. Any ideas?
