I am running a small network using Windows SBS 2003. Some of the users can access outlook via the web, others can't. As far as I can tell all the users are set up with the same security privelages and have the same rights for remote connection. There is also no patern to which users can or can't. out of 3 users set up at the same time 1 can access the web interface the other 2 can't. Anyone got any ideas ?

More often than not it's the user.... they should make sure they attempt to login using https://IP_or_FQDN/exchange... note the https not http

It's not a case of user error at all. Some accounts can log in and some accounts can't.
