MultiCD WinXP cd disks possible?

Hi all. I have been trying to find info if this is possible but cant seem t find any. In one post I read someone had made multi CD WinXP install disks. Disk 1 was the OS, disk 2 would be apps, disk 3 would be work apps, disk 4 would be productivity software etc. Is this possible and would anyone know of a place that would explain this procedure?
