MyDear Posted April 13, 2005 Share Posted April 13, 2005 Ok i keep getting the blue screen of death Wean I install Windows XP With SP1A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.If this is the first time you have seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screens appears again follow these steps:Check to make sure any new hardware and software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufactorer for any windows updates you may need.If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disbable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.TECH INFO: ***STOP: 0x0000000A (0x868DD258, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x8043C4BD)so i dont really know whats going on.Any help on this matter would be very helpful. double_click Posted April 13, 2005 Share Posted April 13, 2005 I get this Error b4 and get help from someone else and it works Ithink u r using UDMA HD Controller and u r using the 40 wire instead of 80 wire.
