Centralisation of silent packs...

Hi,

I think it would be nice to do a centralisation (maybe already done but I don't find it) of application packs that were made totally silent and switchless.

Moreover add the same packs in some other languages.

For example :

* Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 (like the one made by RyanVM + French one + ...)

* DotNet Framework

* Firefox etc...

Hope people find it usefull...
