Is there a way to change the names of the default system folders that the Windows 2000 Setup program creates?

I found some entries in txtsetup.sif like:

[WinntDirectories]

= "\"

= system32

= system32\config

= system32\drivers

= system

= system32\os2

= system32\ras

= system32\os2\dll

= system32\spool

= system32\spool\drivers

= system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3

= system32\spool\prtprocs

= system32\spool\prtprocs\w32x86

= system32\wins

= system32\dhcp

= repair

= system32\drivers\etc

= system32\spool\drivers\w32x86

= system32\drivers\disdn

= inf

= Help

= Fonts

= Config

= msagent\intl

= Cursors

= Media

= system32\ShellExt

= Web

= system32\Setup

= Web\printers

= system32\spool\drivers\color

= system32\wbem

= system32\wbem\Repository

= addins

= "Connection Wizard"

= "Driver Cache\i386"

= security

= security\templates

= system32\npp

= system32\ias

= system32\dllcache

= Temp

= Web\printers\images

= system32\export

= system32\wbem\mof\good

= system32\wbem\mof\bad

= twain_32

= msapps\msinfo

= msagent

= msagent\chars

= security\logs

= system32\mui

= %MUI_PRIMARY_LANG_ID_DIR%

= system32\mui\dispspec

= AppPatch

= Debug

= Debug\UserMode

= system32\ie_de

Can I modify those? Will the setup program still work if I do?

I want them Like this:

Program Files = bin

Winnt = sbin

Documents and Settings = usr

temp = var

Connection Wizard = inetcfg

Driver Cache = dev
