problem with KERNELL32.dll

Everytime i wanted ask the contextual help with word office 2000 sr1 Pro (my system is windows 2K ntfs pack version1 upgrated to service pack 4) working on a pc PII 400MHZ

compaq deskpro 4.3 with 2 hardrives 29G + 4,3G. Everytime i asked the contexual help i got this message: The enter point of procedure SetHandleContext doesn't exist in the library of dynamic links KERNELL32.dll

What could i do for enter this in Kernell32.dll. Is there a way to copy it in Kernell32.dll
