i get the os loaded and im about to do the first boot off the hd. the windows loading pic comes up, then goes to different screen and says...

Insufficent memory to initiatlize windows

Quit one more more memory resident programs or remove unnecessary utilities from your config.sys and autoexc.bat files, and restart your computer

i dont understand this error b/c i have nothing loaded but the os on the hd
