Classic Logon Bg Color

Hi Everyone

I'm having a really annoying problem...

I've turned the welcome screen off, to get the classic logon, applied my windows standard themes to the default user profile, but the only thing that doesn't change is the BLACK background color!

I managed to get it changed once, but it refuses to change now. (After a format)

I've set the setting in ControlPanel\Colors\Background, and also the default setting too. The default worked once, now neither work!

Any ideas why this is?

If you enable classic logon using this:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"LogonType"=dword:00000000

then you must also delete this key or you will get that black background

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"Background"=-
