Server Disconnecting.

For some reason my users get disconnected once they have logged on (get disconnected after a few hours that is). I believe the server is disconnected and then they have to reconnect again after a certain period of time - anyone know how to resolve thsi or whats causing the issue?

Whats your envorment? Win2k? Win2k3? Are the users logging on to a terminal server or ?

I am having a similar problem. Users are being disconnected from a Terminal Server, Windows 2k box, when the Remote Desktop Client has been minimized or inactive for about 5 minutes.

Sessons: Override user settings is checked.

End a disconnected session is set for 1 minute.

Idle session limit 1 day.

Active session limit is Never.

Users have permission to query, logon, message, connect. Should users have permission to Remote Control?

This happens to me when I remote in as administrator from both a Win2K box or XP pro box.

I tried changing the End a disconnected session to 3 h with no effect.
