Tos Bits

Hi,

I tried to write into TOS bits, using a Java program running on Sun JVM. I read somewhere that one has to add "DefaultTOS" in the registery and set it to 0. Unfortunately, this is not enough. The TOS value I set in Java is not written in the IP packet.

Under Windows XP, I added "DisableUserTOSSettings = 0" in the registery and everything was ok. This registery key does not solve the problem with W 2003 Server.

Any help please ?
