Any Way To Install A .reg Key File Silently?

Firstly what a superb resource this forum is

Is there any way to install a reg key file automatically? without it prompting for "would you like to install this file" yes or no and the "file has been installed" press ok

I know that dam adware installs keys all the time with out prompting...
