Login Problems

Hi guys!!

On my girlfriends Laptop there are two user-accounts, one for herself and one for her brother. The problem now is that sometimes they simply cannot login to their accounts, they definitely use the correct passwords, but Windows MCE gives the error that they are using the wrong password and there is no way to get into Windows.

Now sometimes, after a restart it all works again, but at the moment it does not work that simple and they can't get into Windows.

Her Laptop is connected to my Router (which connects to the Internet), which has two other PC's connected to it. The Router has 3 of his 4 ports connected:

1. My PC >> Windows XP Pro (English)

2. My second PC >> Windows XP Pro (English)

3. My girlfriends Laptop >> Windows Media Center Edition (Geman)

What can be the problem for this login error and how can I solve it and make sure they can ALWAYS log-in??!?!?!

try rebooting in safemode, delete the user account passwords, and then create new ones (the same should be ok). Be sure to run a virus check in Safemode as well.
