Try this one: http://blog.eriklane.com/archive/2004/11/21/215.aspx

OR

http://download.microsoft.com/download/5/2...eme-x86-ENU.exe

Installation:

1. Download the setup file in this case for me WindowsXP-TabletPC-EnergyBlueTheme-x86-ENU.exe

2. Go to startmenu > run > type "cmd" then enter

3. drill down to the location of the *.exe and type name_of_your_file.exe -x (ex. C:\somelocation\WindowsXP-TabletPC-EnergyBlueTheme-x86-ENU.exe -x) this will prompt you for an extraction location dialouge. i suggest just put it on your desktop and make a folder called theme or whatever you desire it is just for temp place to put the files.

you should have the fallowing files:

update folder

energybliss.jpg

energybluetheme.ddf

royale.msstyles

royale.theme

shellstyle.dll

spmsg.dll

spuninst.exe

you will NEED:

energybliss.jpg

royale.msstyles

royale.theme

shellstyle.dll

the rest of the files you may delete if you wish.

4. create a folder in the \%systemroot%\Resources\Themes\ called "Royale"

5. create a sub directory in \%systemroot%\Resources\Themes\Royale\ called Wallpaper

6. copy the royale.theme file to the root of \%systemroot%\Resources\Themes

7. copy the royale.msstyles and shellstyle.dll to \%systemroot%\Resources\Themes\Royale

8. copy energybliss.jpg to \%systemroot%\Resources\Themes\Royale\Wallpaper

9. right click on your desktop and go the themes tab (usally the first thing you see) select the drop down and you should see "Engery Blue" theme select it and have fun.

NOTE: you can put the files in the proper location according to the *.theme file you can modify the *.theme file and make your own structure edit the *.theme file with notepad and have fun.
