Limit Remote Desktop Connnection To Localhost

Featured Replies

I'm insterested in using stunnel to secure my connections on 3389 for window remote desktop. There is a very nice guide on the topic written by a Principal Software Engineer at Oracle that teaches you how to do just that using VNC. Anyway, in his guide, Artur recommends only allowing VNC to use stunnel by forcing the incoming connection to the localhost.

My question: anyone know how to limit listening on the 3389/tcp port (remote desktop) only to the localhost (127.0.0.1) without doing it in a software firewall?
