Hey when i use the 003_network folder for network drivers do i just put all my network drivers in there or do they need there own folder

It is better to separate them but you don't have too. It's just easier to keep track of which drivers you have if they are in their own place......IE:

003_network\linksys;003_network\dlink;003_network\realtek;etc.......then it's easy to replace drivers when upating your UXPCD.
