fuzzywuzzy Posted February 10, 2005 Posted February 10, 2005 Ok. I have an install cd with a ton of apps and today i decided to add yahoo messenger suite to it.I downloaded FULL versions of 5.6 and 6 (builds 1358 and 1750) and they will not silent install with /s.What am I doing wrong? Its driving me bonkers.I have tried every known switch and it just isn't installing. I have gone to the correct directory in command mode to test it and I have tried my other silent installs, they all work fine.Someone help me out please!Am I using a BETA version which doesn't support the silent switch? Does someone by any chance have a self installing archive or a script or something other than the method by which one uses the download from Yahoo?Yahoo don't exactly make it easy to get the full version, I found about 20 versions of the download page for the internet version so I am wondering if I have an official version.
fuzzywuzzy Posted February 10, 2005 Author Posted February 10, 2005 Ok, used Universal Silent Switch Finder 0.1 from: http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=17940Everything I have run it with comes up with a switch EXCEPT the yahoo messenger files I downloaded. Hmmm...Any idea where to get the latest FULL version?
