why timeout =0

it is first topic for me and i want to ask 1 question

why we put timeout =0 in the BOOTLOGO.CMD file as it is in the gosh's method "deploy..."

when i install windows 98 i have not got boot.ini list to choose between them

if i put timeout 20 (for exampe) is there any problem ?
