can i install service pack to my windows 98se (finnish language)?. Will it work? what happends if i install it?

You should have no problems, this service pack should mostly (if not only) change operating system kernel files, which are independant of language. This is my opinion as a computer technician I cannot guarantee safety neither does microsoft or the person who makes this unofficial service pack. If you can reinstall windows from scratch by yourself (incase this service pack fails), it maybe worth trying it for the better reliability. If your machine is working OK then probably no need for this service pack anyway. Kokeile vaan :D
