Having trouble copying over Winntbbu.dll

Hello,

I am so close to finishing my unattended cd but there is one thing in my way, when I am at around 92% done of the blue-screen command setup, I get an error that the file Winntbbu.dll cannot be copied over. The file is within the i386 directory and is the only file that is giving me trouble. What should I do? I'm sorry if I did not describe my problem in great detail but I really do not know what else to include.

EDIT: search couldn't find the thread I was looking for, but I found it in the Setup Billboard Screens for Windows XP forum. Sorry for wasting bandwith.
