Hard Time Decrypting EFS Files

Hello guyz.

I have hard time decrypting files that had been crypted using EFS.

I can read, modify and rename them without any problems. But when i'm trying to decrypt them I get this error (on image 2)

I have full ntfs permission on thoses files.

Any idea how can I solve this issue ?

Are you owner of the files, are the files in use?

SOLVED

No the files was not in use and yes I am the owner of the files.

What I did to solve this issus is to add the "SYSTEM" in ntfs permision.
