I'm using win 2003. from what I read when a 2003 computer become domain controller it won't be able to edit local security setting

how do I manage local security than??


Through Group Policies, you can start by modifying the 'Default Domain Controllers Policy' in the 'Domain Controllers' OU in Active Directory.
