problems slipstreaming with nLite

Hi

I'm trying to slipstream SP4 on my W2K SP1.

Using nLite it copies the files ok, but after copying the "next button" does not become active again, and I can only click "Back" or "Cancel".

What am I doing wrong, if anything?
