Install ALL programs from 1 CD

is it possible for me to copy all my programs i want to install onto 1 CD and double click a program (like a batch file or something) which then installs all the programs on my CD - cleans up and restarts the pc when required? If so can anyone advise?

The 1st link seems to be broken to the .doc it points at so ill check later to see if it works.

The 2nd link is good however this is modifying the winnt.sif. Im not sure if this can be modified but i just need one CD which i insert double click and it installs the program. If it can be modified please advise
