Home Directory Permissions

Hi Guys

When i add a user i copy a template which will automatically create their home and profile directorys.

Because the directories are created by the user on their first logon, they are automatically the owner. I need to know if their is a way to automatically give administrator full control of these folders?

Any ideas??

Sorry, could you be a bit more specific, my knowledge of ACLs and rights assignments is a bit hit and miss
