message error at shutdown: usrprbda.exe

I am a new member and I have a question:

I've got the usrprbda.exe dll initialization failed at shutdown and wonder if you can help me get rid of it.

I hve WinXP with sp 2 and a modem us robotics with FaxWin.

I would appreciate your looking into this for me. Thanks.
