I.E. privacy icon

Hello -

I am trying to see the Internet Explorer privacy icon. (Its for a graphic designer whose client said a design is too close to the icon).

I put the cookie slider to "block all" then went to sites that use cookies, and still I don't see the icon on the status bar. I'm not really sure what I'm looking for. Any ideas, or can someone post a link to a site that displays it?

I've seen an icon thats basically a padlock, but that sounds different from what the client has described. Maybe she has seen a different icon that is specific to a certain program.
