Case Sensitive Web Server

Hi. I'm with emax hosting and I'll like to know if it is possible in .htaccess or in any other way to remove the case sensitive option for url.

By example www.logiktech.com/images/test.jpg Will no work if typed as www.logiktech.com/Images/test.JPG

I had redhat 7 before and it was not doing that.
