limited account switched to guest account

I have an account on my XP Home version that somehow switched from a limited account to a guest account but no longer shows up within the control panel unders users. I can still log onto the account but it shows up as guest.

My regular guest account is disabled and it still shows up!

How do I change or delete since I do not have a link to it from the control panel?

me too.. Using nlite current ver. (18/01/05) . What not to remove to make sure that user account control panel can be use?

You can try right clicking on My computer and then select manage from the menu. Then go in the tree for Users and groups.

You can also try browsing this key in registry: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList Theses are all the account that are not shown in the welcome screen.
