Help with Disabling Registry Tools

Hi, can anybody tell me if it is possible to disable the registry tool so that no body else can re-enable it again?

At the moment i have tried using the key "disableregistrytools = 1". Its all working fine, but i can easily enable it again by merging the key back to 0.

Use this reg file at your own risk.

This file will add regedit.exe to restricted programs list.

Will be unable to run regedit.exe, there is no turning back only if you use a third party program that may modify windows registry.

Or could just remove Regedt.exe altogether. From system32 dir and dllcache.
