TCPIP.SY_ == TCPIP.SYS ?

Hi guys , im trying to get hold of the patched file TCPIP.SY_ so i can repalce the one in my i386 dir and have a nice hacked slipstream. but every link i try seems to be down , also does TCPIP.SY_ == TCPIP.SYS ? or is it compressed etc?
