problem wiht original boot floders

I am trying to add windows 2003 server Datacetre to the multi-boot DVD, but before i added it in, i tried weather i could boot from it and install windows, however while loading the components needed( done at the blue sereen, i don't what u call it), it says ipsraidn.sys is corrupted. so i want to change the entire boot folder or that file, can anyone tell me how to do it and what is the original name of the boot folder?
