ntdll.dll error

on certain programs i get this error when i click to start them up ... i hit ok and the program will start but gets to be a pain ... any ideas how to fix it ???

here is exactly what the error says

"the procedure entry point RtlDuplicateUnicodeString could not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll"
