Create users windows 2003

Is there an easy tool/script/batch to create many users for your active directory?

I am deploying a Windows 2003 server at a school and have to enter all 100 users by hand. I was reading a lot about it on de support site of microsoft but i cant seem to figure it out. Maybe there are some profecional administrators that use a tool or know a good tool they want to share.

Microsoft do actually recommend 3rd Party tools for general AD admin, however you can create "bulk" user accounts using either the csvde or ldifde commands.
