absolu7 Posted December 7, 2004 Posted December 7, 2004 hey guys, what i want to do is basically run an automated install of office 2k from a network path after win2k install finish.so i need a command or something (bat file?) that is called after win2k installation finishes calling setup of office 2k. if possible id like to slipstream this office 2k install (serial #, options).is this possible?
tguy Posted December 23, 2004 Posted December 23, 2004 Sure just create a batch file that maps a drive to the network share where Office 2K is located and launch setup from there.Call the batch file using the Runonceex.cmd to put the entry into the Registry to be used the first time the server PC starts up in GUI mode.Search The Unattended XPCD site for how-to's with Runonceex.cmdGood luck.
